15" (38 cm.) Each is a pressed tinplate figure depicting a man or woman with well-detailed traditional costumes having original painted finish, their hands posed as though to hold a basket or walking stick, and a cone-shaped tin container attached to their back. Excellent condition, original finish, some light rubs. Mid-1800s.
