9" (23 cm.) All-composition with socket head, painted blue side-glancing eyes, closed mouth with rich red lips, auburn mohair wig, jointing at shoulders and hips. She is wearing original blue and white checkered dress, muslin slip and panties, socks, side-snap shoes and white woven wide-brimmed hat. The dress is tagged "Madame Alexander/New York". Generally excellent. Madame Alexander, 1937, with original gold foil wrist tag and in early red Alexander box.
