Description
14" (36 cm.) All-composition with socket head, blue sleep eyes, real lashes, dark eye shadow, closed mouth with bright red lips, blonde mohair soft curly wig, jointing at shoulders and hips. She is wearing original uniform comprising white blouse, blue broadcloth pinafore with pearl buttons at the back, double pockets, nurse's cap, slip, panties, socks, and tie-lace shoes. The dress is tagged "Nurse/Madame Alexander/All Right Reserved". Unplayed with condition with perfect coiffure and costume, bright eyes, very faint lines on composition. Madame Alexander, 1946, one of the first dolls created by her was a nurse doll, and this rare model continued the tradition.
