All-composition, socket head, painted very large brown side-glancing eyes, painted lashes, closed mouth with rosebud-shaped lips, five-piece composition body, very elaborate white mohair wig in the late 18th century style Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Effanbee Patsyette Doll. Comments: Effanbee, circa 1936, depicting George Washington, wearing exclusively designed costume celebrating the bicentennial birthday of George Washington. Value Points: well-preserved doll in wonderful original costume.
