Carved wooden socket head, spring-jointed wooden body, deep-intaglio sculpted painted brown eyes, white eyedots, black upper eyeliner, feathered brows, closed mouth with hint of smile, impressed cheek dimples, blonde mohair bobbed wig, jointing at shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Schoenhut Doll. Pat. Jan. 11,'17, USA & Foreign Countries. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1912. Value Points: wonderful sculpting highlighted by impressed cheek dimples, antique costume, original knit teddy and Schoenhut shoes.
