All-wooden doll with carved socket head, spring-jointed wooden body, intaglio-sculpted painted brown eyes with white eyedots, feathered brows, upturned nose, closed mouth with downcast pouting lips, brunette mohair wig, jointing at shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and joints, well-costumed. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Schoenhut Doll Pat. Jan. 11, ‘17 USA. Comments: Schoenhut, circa 1912. Value Points: especially well-preserved original finish with wonderfully-sculpted features.
