18" (46 cm.) Bisque shoulderhead with delicate pale complexion, rounded face, cobalt blue glass enamel inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, feathered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with pale outlined lips, unpierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, very firmly-stuffed kid poupee body with shapely waist and legs, bisque arms to above the elbows, bisque hands with curled fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: E 4 Depose B. Comments: Barrois, circa 1865. Value Points: beautiful complexion and eyes, rare and near mint body with bisque arms, lovely antique costume, undergarments, slippers, coiffe.
