All-cloth doll with pressed and painted facial features, brown painted hair with curls onto the forehead, painted eyes with shaded detail, black and brown upper eyeliner, single brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth in small pouting expression, stitch-jointed shoulders, disc-jointed arms, Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Kathe Kruse (left foot) Made in Germany US Zone (right foot). Comments: Germany, Kathe Kruse, circa 1945. Value Points: pristine condition, original painted complexion and hair, the doll wears original brown wool felt lederhosen, plaid shirt, tie, socks, shoes.
