45" (114 cm.) h. of actual house. 22"h. free-standing base, 46"w. 21"d. The uniquely-made Victorian Gothic two story house features elaborate gables, hanging porches, porch roofs, front fences, arched windows, wooden roof with incised detail of shingles, faux-brick chimneys, and has four major interior rooms on two floors with original wall and decorative papers and original fireplace (not shown) in living room; along with an attached side sun room with removable porched front. The house hinges open at the center front for access to the rooms, and has been (later) electrified for display. Excellent original condition, few tiny pieces of carving missing. American, mid-1800s.
