Description
24"h x 14"w x 9"d (61 x 35 x 23 cm). Wooden two story dollhouse has painted blue roof and lithographed paper surface on exterior to simulate various architectural details, i.e. brick, stonework, window detail; with elaborate roof line and turret, second floor with recessed porch and opening door, first floor with front porch and overhanging roof at front door. The house opens at the side to two-room second floor with opening door, and one large room at the first floor. The house has all original interior wall and floor papers in fresh well-preserved state, and original curtains at the windows. There are nine pieces of Gottschalk furniture inside. Circa 1900.
